LA PORTA D'INGRESSO / FRONT DOOR
La porta d'ingresso è stata decorata come se fosse l'entrata dell'Orient Express(r).
2 fogli marroni 100x70 sono stati decorati con scritta dorata, è stato intagliato un ovale al centro e alla fine sono stati assemblati insieme per creare la porta.
Dietro l'ovale è stata aggiunta della carta crespa bianca per fare l'effetto tenda.
The front door was mad like the entrance of Orient Express(r).
We colored 2 brown sheets(100cmx70cm) with golden pen,then we cut an oval shape in it and behind it we put some white crepe paper(that gives a curtain look)
LA BIGLIETTERIA / TICKET OFFICE
Accanto alla porta d'ngresso dell'Orient Express è stata messa una bigliettera fatta con un cartoncino dorata 50x70 e poi intagliato per creare le grate.
Near the front door,we put an easy ticket grate made with golden sheets(50cmx70cm),we wrote the "tickets" with a black pen and then we cut out the right shape of the grate.

Con un cartoncino a sfondo scuro attaccato dietro l'effetto risalta ancora di più
If you put a black sheet behind it it will make it more realistic.
L'UCCELLO DI FUOCO / FIRE BIRD(russian tale)
Questa è la favola dell'Uccello di fuoco ispirata a quella del gioco The Last Express e che è servita come indizio per la caccia al tesoro per trovare i regali. E' stata fatta a mano su un cartoncino di 29x42 cm. Per lo sfondo ho usato acrilico dorato, per le decorazioni in alto pennarello anch'esso dorato, la cornice è stata colorata con pennarelli a punta fine e la favola è stata scritta con un pennarello nero anch'esso a punta fine.
In The Last Express game there is the "Fire Bird"tale that you can find in Tyler Withney room. Second sister made an icredible copy of it!!! She used a white sheet(a thick one),and she colored it with acylic colors,She made the background with golden acrylic, then she used several arcylic colors for the picture and the frame.
L'UOVO / THE EGG
Anche l'uovo fa parte del gioco The Last Express; non potendolo ricreare con le identiche fattezze del gioco ho usato un uovo do plastica trasparente, l'ho colorato con vernice dorata e poi ho applicato piccoli strassini per decorarlo. In effetti è completamente diverso da quello originale...ma va bene lo stesso no?
In The Last Express(r)there is also a golden egg,we made a similar one,using a plastic egg (the ones that you can also use like decoration at Easter)then we opened it and we colored inside with golden paint.On the outside of the egg we put some glitters to make it sparkling.
PANNELLI PORTE /DOORS PANELS
Sulle porte, sono state messi dei pannelli di cartoncino verdi decorati con motivi floreali dorati e applicati, appunto, sulle varie porte della casa, come se fossero scompartimenti del treno (fatti a mano, tecnica acrilico dorato e rifinitura con pennarello anch'esso dorato).
We put on our doors many green panels made with green thick sheets and colored with acrylic. We made them just like the game ones to recreate the "liberty wagons style" that was in the game.
PANNELLI MURO / OTHERS DECORATIVES PANELS
Sul muro , sono stati applicati due pannelli 100x70 con decorazioni che riprendono un po The Last Express ma anche l'epoca dell'Orient Express (fatti a mano, tecnica acrilici)
We made also 2 others panels(100cmx70cm).We did them ispired by the dining wagon in the game.
LA TAVOLA e il MENU' / FOOD AND MENU
La tavola era imbandita con molti stuzzichini francesi(che ci stanno sempre bene),le stoviglie erano in gran parte plastica dorata.Inoltre abbiamo messo una tovaglia bianca, 2 abajour e l'immancabile menu' in stile liberty
The table was full of french appetizer,all the dishes was golden(almost all in plastic,you can easly find them at supermarket).We also used a white tabletop, 2 abajour(small lamps) and the liberty-style menu.
LA TORTA / THE BIRTHDAY CAKE
La torta è a dir poco un CAPOLAVORO (oltre ad essere incredibilmente buona!!)
Non è opera nostra ma sempre del nostro pasticciere di fiducia.
The birthday cake was FABULOUS(and soooo yummy!!)We didn't made it, But we have our personal cake boss!!!
